So they say this is summer. I only believe it because my children are home and letting me know every 5 minutes that they are "Bored". I do the best I can, I could keep them busy with housework but for some reason they don't wish to do any, and I mean None!

I took the girls each to camp for a week. This week it's bible day camp. Two nights a week we have soccer. Next week, I have no idea. If the sun was out and the air was warm it would make great beach or pool weather but we haven't had near enough.

I enjoy the time I am able to spend with the kids just hangin' out, however, they think we should be doing more things. I do have a job that I try to succeed at, luckily my hours are flexible.

I'm wondering how I could help my darling children discover the wonders of passing the time with housework or even picking up after themselves, what a great summer it could be!!
